Note: There is no interior merchant space available for this event.

Register as an Ymir Merchant by emailing the following information to the merchant liaison. All Merchants will be allotted space inside the Merchanting area outside. Space is limited and will be granted on a first-come first-served basis. All merchants will be outside, so plan accordingly.

Note: All of the information is required, save for item 6. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

1. Business Name:
     The name should appear as desired for the Ymir website and site guide.
2. Consumer Business Contact Information:
     This is for consumers and will appear on the Ymir website and site guide and includes but is not limited to:
          Web URL
          Etsy
          Facebook
          Instagram
3. Liaison Business Contact Information:
     This is exclusively for the Liaison and Staff.
          Registrant’s Modern Name
          Registrant’s SCA name/title(s)
          Registrant’s Email
          Registrant’s Phone Number
4. Sales Footprint:
     This is the space required in square feet (including ropes and stakes).
     The front must be clearly labeled.
5. Description of Wares:
     The description should be as complete as possible, as the text supplied will be used for the Ymir website and site guide.
6. Other:
     This includes any additional information you feel the Liaison may need.
